JUDGMENT
It is submitted by the learned Government Pleader, who entered appearance on behalf of the respondent that, the amount due for refund will be sent in the name of the petitioner, through Demand Draft by registered post. It is further submitted that the refund could not be affected till only because of the fact that the petitioner is not in station and has not turned up to receive the amount inspite of intimation.
