Petitioner is limiting relief in this writ petition to the extent of a direction to the 3^rd respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P4 application, filed seeking permission for construction of a residential building by way of exemption from the Coastal Zone Regulation.

Heard; standing counsel appearing for the 3^rd respondent. It is submitted that Ext.P4 will be considered and dispose of within a short period.

Therefore, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 3^rd respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P4, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, as early as possible, at any rate within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this
