Petitioner is the 2nd accused in Crime No.122/2012 of Cheemeni Police Station, Kasaragod District. The offences alleged against him and other accused are under Secs.498A, 306 and 304(B) r/w 34 IPC. Apprehending arrest, this petition is filed for anticipatory bail.

deceased was sufficient to instigate her to commit suicide, the learned Public Prosecutor submits. She committed suicide within seven years from the date of the marriage. It is also pertinent to note that the application filed earlier was dismissed by this Court as per Annexure A1 order dated 8.5.2012.
Considering all the aspects, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. It is dismissed.
