Petitioner is the 9th accused in Crime No.386/2012 of Venjaramoodu Police Station. The offences alleged against him and other accused are under Secs.143, 147, 148, 120 (B), 109, 115(ii), 341, 302 and 201 r/w 149 IPC. Petitioner has been in custody from 20.6.2012 onwards.

to the other accused as to when the deceased had left the house and also as to where the deceased would be. Therefore, the contention that the petitioner is not involved in the commission of offence cannot be accepted, the prosecution contends. The criminal conspiracy is well depicted in the act of the petitioner herein, the learned Public Prosecutor submits. The investigation is only at the initial stage.
Considering all the aspects, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. It is hence dismissed.
