J U D G M E N T

The petitioners have approached this Court with the

following prayers:

“i) to issue a declaration that the respondents are bound to conduct supplementary examinations every six month after the regular examinations as per the Regulation, Scheme and Syllabus of the Degree of Bachelor of Science in Medial Radiological Technology of the 1^st respondent University and further to declare that the respondents are bound to conduct the regular examination and supplementary examinations separately. ii) to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or order, directing the respondents to conduct supplementary examinations every six month after the regular examinations as per the Regulation, Scheme and Syllabus of the Degree of Bachelor of Science in Medical Radiological

Technology of the 1^st respondent University and further direct the respondents to conduct the regular examination and supplementary examinations separately.

iii) to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or order, directing the 3^rd respondent to include schedules of the supplementary examinations of Bachelor of Science in Medical Radiological Technology in the examination calendar of the 1^st respondent University, every six month after the regular examinations as per the Regulation, Scheme and Syllabus of the Degree of Bachelor of Science in Medical Radiological Technology of the 1^st respondent University.

iv) to issue such other further reliefs as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of this case.”

During the pendency of the proceedings, the petitioners

have filed I.A.No.6823 of 2011 seeking for the following reliefs:

“a) to direct the respondents to conduct the supplementary examination for the 1^st year Bachelor of Science in Medical Radiological Technology during April-May 2011.

that the University is ready to conduct the examination within one month from the date of declaration of the result of the concerned examination.

In the light of the submission made as above, no further orders are stated as called for. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed, recording the submission and undertaking as above.
