JUDGMENT
On 1.4.2011, when the matter was posted before this Court, petitioner was given time to cure the defects. Steps were not taken so far. Another opportunity was given on 5.4.2011 for the very same purpose on the persuasive request made from the part of the petitioner. The position continues to be the same and steps are still to be taken for completing the service. There is no representation for the petitioner as well. Hence the writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
