J U D G M E N T

Prayer sought for in this writ petition is to consider Ext.P3 application made by the petitioner before the 2^nd respondent for resurvey and demarcation of the property.

If as stated by the petitioner such an application made by him has been received and is pending, it is directed that necessary action shall be taken as expeditiously as possible, at any rate within eight weeks from the date of production of a copy of this judgment along with a copy of this writ petition.

It is also directed that such action will be taken only with notice to the 1^st respondent. It is clarified that this Court has not expressed anything on merits.

Petitioner to produce a copy of this judgment before the 2^nd respondent for compliance.
