JUDGMENT
The petitioner is a stage carriage operator conducting services on the route Nambiarkunnu-Kozhikode as a limited stop ordinary service with stage carriage bearing registration No: KL-12/B 1047. The existing running time of the petitioner has been altered to 1.5 minutes per kilometer which, according to the petitioner is applicable only to limited stop fast passenger service. Therefore the petitioner preferred an application for the variation of his permit and conversion as a limited stop fast passenger service. The complaint of the petitioner is that no orders have been passed on the same till date. Therefore, he seeks appropriate directions. The Government pleader has no objections to such a direction being issued.
