J U D G M E N T
A memo has been filed in this writ petition to the effect that the petitioner has relinquished his claim for promotion to the post of HSST(Junior)-Arabic against the post to which the fourth respondent was promoted, without prejudice to his future claim. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that a relinquishment letter on the aforesaid lines has already been forwarded to the competent authorities. In the light of the said situation, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner do not wish to pursue with the writ petition. The above submissions are recorded and accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as not pressed.
