J U D G M E N T
This writ petition is filed by the petitioner challenging Ext.P9 order passed by the Town Planning Department. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is filing an appeal against the same before the Tribunal for the Local Self Government Institutions. If an appeal is filed within a period of three weeks from today, the same will be considered in accordance with law by the Tribunal.
The writ petition is disposed of as above. No costs.
