This writ petition is filed pleading, among other things, that the petitioner's case is similar to that of those persons
who had filed the writ petitions enumerated in paragraph no. one of this writ petition and the interim order was issued in this case following Exhibit P1 interim order in WP(C) 14118/2004. The writ petitions referred to in paragraph one of this writ petition stand ordered by the Division Bench. The petitioner here in cannot aspire for anything better and would be entitled only to reliefs at part with what has been granted to the petitioners in the cases already decided by the Division Bench as per Judgment dated 02-04-2008 in WP(C) 5465/2004 and connections. Accordingly, this writ petition is ordered directing that the

petitioner would be entitled to relief to the extent granted and recorded in the aforesaid Judgment. Writ Petition ordered accordingly.
