The petitioner is stated to have been given facility under a special project scheme of the Khadi and Village Industries Board. According to the petitioner, she is entitled to disbursement of margin money. The impugned communication states that the bank has not given any intimation. The bank is on record stating that disbursals have been duly notified to the Khadi and Village Industries Board. Taking these submissions into account, it is ordered that on the basis of the materials on record, the first respondent shall do the needful for disbursing the margin money by taking a decision in that regard within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The amounts found eligible shall be disbursed at the earliest
