The petitioner obtained an interim order at the stage of admission on 22.1.2008. No steps were taken. The matter was listed before the Registrar. It was reported by the counsel who had initially presented the writ petition that he has relinquished engagement and has informed the party accordingly. The matter was again listed before the Court. There is no appearance for the petitioner. Dismissed.
