The petitioner retired from the service of the Kerala State Road Transport Corporation on 31.12.2008 from Thalassery Depot while working as Chargeman. He is awaiting disbursement of DCRG and commuted value of pension, and aggrieved by the delay in the matter, this writ petition has been filed.

therefore, the amount can be disbursed expeditiously.
There will be a direction to the respondents to disburse the amount representing DCRG as well as commuted value pension expeditiously, at any rate, before 28.08.2010, the date of marriage of the daughter of the petitioner.
This writ petition is disposed of as above.
