JUDGMENT
The petitioner has approached this Court seeking for a direction to the respondents to issue licence to T.S.No.46/20102011 in building No.VII/276 of Mullassery Panchyat wherein it was licenced previously, without insisting for the consent of the 3rd respondent for the year 2010-2011 also.
Since the petitioner has already relocated the site to another premises, no further orders are called for in this Writ Petition. The Writ Petition, in these circumstances is, closed.
