JUDGMENT

The petitioner is aggrieved by the removal from the post of Chairperson of a Community Development Scheme under the Koduvayur Grama Panchayat, the second respondent herein. The petitioner was elected as Chairperson of the same in January, 2006 and for a second term she was elected in the year 2008 also. It is submitted that respondents 3 and 4 have engineered the removal of the petitioner, according to her, illegally. Challenging the same, the petitioner has filed Ext.P9 representation before the Government. It is prayed that the Government may be directed to take a decision on Ext.P9 and in the meanwhile, the removal may be kept in abeyance.

Heard learned Govt. Pleader appearing for the first respondent.

Since the petitioner has already moved the Government by Ext.P9,

it is only appropriate that the Government is directed to take a decision after hearing the petitioner and respondents 2 to 5 herein.

Therefore, there will be a direction to the first respondent to take a decision on Ext.P9 within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of
