It is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that the directions issued by this Court in Annexure-A order has been complied with by passing an order by the Government. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the order is against the interest of the petitioner and therefore, liberty may be granted to the petitioner to challenge the same. Without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to challenge the said order, this Contempt Case is closed.
