The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that after the filing of the Writ Petition, the petitioner has approached the Munsiff's Court, Pathanamthitta by filing O.S.No.244/2010. It is prayed that the Writ Petition may be allowed to be withdrawn without prejudice to the right to prosecute his remedy in the suit. Permission is granted. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
