The parties and their counsel are present. They have reported that parties have agreed to settle the matter; but they required some more time to arrive at a final settlement. For the present, they agreed to have divorce and also the husband is prepared to pay an amount of Rs.5,00,000/-(Rupees Five lakhs only) to the petitioner which he received at the time of marriage. Apart from this gifts containing one omega watch, one diamond ring, five gold bangles and one A/C also have been agreed to be return to the wife by the husband. The wife also agreed to return one chain, one gold bangle, one pair of ear rings and one ring which has been received as part of mehar. The parties have told us that they will complete this settlement on 27.07.2010. Call on 27.07.2010.

Both parties and their counsel are present. Parties agree that the transactions as recorded in the order dated 27.05.2010 of this Adalat have been completed. Both parties state that they did not have any subsisting claims against each other. We are told that the parties are agreeable not to prosecute criminal cases pending before the trial court. For this purpose, we are told that they are moving the High Court to quash the proceedings. In view of the settlement of the entire matter this file is returned to court for further orders.
