It is pointed out by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent KFC that the petitioner had filed a Writ
Petition and that Writ Petition was dismissed for default. In such circumstances, if at all, it is for the petitioner to pursue the remedy in the said Writ Petition by filing appropriate application for restoration, if so advised. Without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to pursue the remedy open to her in law, this Writ Petition is closed.
