It is reported by both sides that in pursuance to the order dated 13/03/2009, the Advocate Commissioner has carried out the work and has filed a report containing the details of the election
held to the Managing Committee of the petitioner. Both sides also submitted that remuneration as ordered has been paid to the Commissioner.
In view of this, the writ petition is closed.
