The prayer sought for in this writ petition is a direction to the first respondent to consider Ext.P1 application filed by the Petitioner for appointment as a Notary Public. Orders have not been passed.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of directing the first respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P1, as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within 3 months from the date of production of a copy of the judgment,
Petitioner shall produce a copy of the judgment before the respondent for compliance.
