Petitioners are Agricultural Assistants aspiring for promotion
to the post of Agricultural Officer. Pursuant to the directions of this court their claim was considered by the first respondent and by Ext.P5 order, it has been held that the petitioners are not entitled for promotion. Aggrieved by Ext.P5, they have approached the 2nd respondent by filing Ext.P6 representation. Counsel for the
petitioner submits that the said representation is pending and seeks an order for its expeditious consideration.
Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
