Complaint is that the direction in the judgment in WP(C) No.32130/2008 dated 15/12/2008, requiring the 4th respondent to consider the request for approval of the petitioner's appointment in the light of Ext.P12 in the writ petition, has not been complied with.
On instructions, the learned Government Pleader submits that orders have been passed on 28/10/2009. In view of the above, leaving it open to the petitioner to pursue the matter, if she is aggrieved by the said order, this contempt petition is closed.
