Prayer sought in the writ petition is mainly to direct the respondents to retain the petitioner at Athirampuzha LSGD Section. Along with I.A.No.12475/2009, the petitioner has produced Ext.P9 representation made by him on 01/10/2009 before the 2^nd respondent seeking the said relief.

Now that the said representation has been filed and is pending, the 2^nd respondent is directed to consider Ext.P9 representation and pass orders thereon. This shall be done as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within six weeks of production of a copy of this judgment.
