Writ petition is disposed of directing the 1^st respondent to consider and take a decision on Ext.P4 and if the delay is condoned, there will be a further direction to the 1^st respondent to consider and take a decision on Ext.P6 stay petition in accordance with law, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Till such time, revenue recovery proceedings against the petitioner pursuant to Ext.P2 shall be kept in abeyance. The petitioner will produce a copy of this judgment before the 1^st respondent as soon as it is received.
