JUDGMENT
Today, when the matter came up, learned Government Pleaded
handed over a copy of the order to the learned counsel for the petitioner purporting to be a decision complying with the judgment. Though there is a delay, I am not proceeding with the contempt.
Accordingly, the contempt of court case is closed. This will be without prejudice to the right of the petitioner, if he is so advised, to
challenge it in appropriate forum.
