JUDGMENT
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader.
The writ petition is disposed of directing the concerned appellate authority, either the second respondent or the third respondent, to consider and take a decision on Ext.P6 application seeking condonation of delay and if the delay is condoned, there will be a direction to the concerned appellate authority as aforesaid to consider and take a decision on Ext.P4 application for stay within a period of one month from the date of production of a copy of this judgment. Till such time, Ext.P7 demand notice will be kept in abeyance. Petitioner will produce a copy of this judgment before the concerned appellate authority as soon as it is received.
