JUDGMENT
The petitioner states that certain amounts are to be disbursed towards the work carried out by a beneficiary committee, of which, the petitioner is the convener. Under such circumstances, without expressing anything on merits, this writ petition is ordered directing the respondent to take a final decision on the claim of the petitioner and do the needful within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. All other issues are left open.
