JUDGMENT
The petitioner retired from the service of the first respondent on 31.5.2008. It is submitted that the marriage of his daughter is fixed to be held on 9.7.2009. The petitioner has produced materials in support of that submission. He needs funds to conduct the marriage. He has, therefore, demonstrated a strong case for out of turn disbursement of D.C.R.G. and Commuted Value of Pension from the 10% earmarked from the daily collection of the KSRTC, as credited to the treasury account. In the result, it is directed that the D.C.R.G. and Commuted Value of Pension due to the petitioner will be released on or before 1.7.2009 without fail. The writ petition is ordered accordingly.
