JUDGMENT
The petitioner claims that he is entitled to be considered for allotment of a shop room in a building belonging to the first respondent Panchayat. Learned counsel for the first respondent states that the claim of the petitioner for allotment of shop room in the new shopping complex of the first respondent will be considered in accordance with law and appropriate decision taken. Let this be done within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The writ petition is ordered accordingly. All other issues are left open.
