The revision is directed against the order dated 12.12.2008 in A.A.No.25 of 2007 passed by the Appellate Authority (Land Reforms), Thrissur. Challenge in the revision is against the order passed in an application filed by the petitioner seeking condonation of delay of 1620 days in filing an appeal against the order passed by the Land Tribunal, Ottappalam in a suo motu proceedings, issuing a purchase certificate to the respondents. The case pleaded for condonation of delay, as seen from the impugned order, is that the applicant came to know of the suo motu proceedings and also the order passed only when reference was made to such proceedings in a suit filed by the respondents, namely, O.S.No.214 of 2002 before the Sub Court, Ottappalam. However, in that suit also, according to the applicant, the number of the suo motu proceedings was wrongly stated and the applicant could trace out the correct number after further enquiry.
