In this Petition filed under Sec. 439 Cr.P.C. the petitioner who is the accused in Crime No. 147 of 2008 of Karthikappally Excise Range for offences punishable under Secs. 55(a) and 55 (g) of the Abkari Act for having been found in possession of 105 liters of wash, seeks her enlargement on bail. Petitioner was arrested on 18.02.2009.
