JUDGMENT

It is submitted that the petitioner has made the remittance in terms of the order dated 8-22008. Hence, this writ petition is disposed of directing that the petitioner will avail the alternate remedy of filing an appeal under Section 127 of the Electricity Act, provided, such appeal is filed within a period of four weeks from now. The appellate authority shall give the petitioner an opportunity of being heard and decide the matter finally and until such decision is taken, the enforcement of the impugned demand and recovery shall remain stayed.
