JUDGMENT
Learned Senior Government Pleader submits that after Ext.P1, the petitioner has been apparently changing her project from furniture industry to spices packaging unit and that the present application of the petitioner would be considered and disposed of as expeditiously as possible. It is also stated that five other sheds in the industrial estate are in the possession of either the husband or brother-in-law of the petitioner and that they are not putting those sheds to use at all. If there is any shed which is not been put to the industrial purpose to which it is let out, it is up to the DIC to take prompt action in accordance with law so that such premises can be re-possessed and made available to those who were waiting to start such activities. The submissions on behalf of the respondents are recorded and the Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
