Mr.V.Chitambaresh, Senior Counsel submits that against Ext.P4 notice issued by the Secretary of the Panchayat the petitioner has today preferred an appeal to the Panchayat Committee. I therefore do not propose to go into the merits of various grounds raised. I dispose of the Writ Petition directing the Committee of the 1^st respondent-Panchayat to register the appeal, if any, filed by the petitioner against Ext.P4 and take an early decision on the same in accordance with law, with notice to the petitioner and additional respondents 4 and 5 at the earliest and at any rate within one month of the petitioner producing a copy of this judgment. Considering the above directions, the interim order passed by this court will continue till the appeal is disposed of.
