JUDGMENT
The appellate authority has passed orders which led to Ext.P15. The complaint on the previous day was that the copy of the appellate order was not served on the petitioner. Learned Standing Counsel for the Board has, today, given a copy of that order to the counsel appearing for the petitioner. This is recorded. Without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to challenge the said appellate decision, this writ petition is closed, however, directing that any distress action on the basis of Ext.P15, including disconnection, will stand deferred by three weeks to enable the petitioner to challenge the appellate decision, if so advised.
