ORDER
Petitioner is the wife of the respondent and
she is the respondent in O.P.No.508/08 pending before the Family Court, Ernakulam. She seeks for a transfer of O.P.No.508/08 to the Family Court, Kottarakara, where M.C.No.171/08 and O.P.No.506/08 filed by her are pending.
will not certainly stand in the way of any settlement being effected between the parties to the marriage. The objection is not tenable.
In the result, to suit the convenience of the petitioner/wife, I order that O.P.No.508/08 pending
TRPC 202/08 2
before the family Court, Ernakulam be transfered to the Family Court, Kottarakara. The transfer petition is allowed.
