ORDER
Heard counsel on both sides. It is agreed that the dispute relates to a Church under the Malankara Orthodox Syrian Church. Consequently, the suits concerned deserve to be transferred to the I Additional District Court, Ernakulam, which is notified as the Special Court to try Malankara Church cases.
In the result, allowing both these transfer petitions, I order that O.S.Nos.171/07 and 152/07 pending before the Sub Court, Sulthan Bathery be transferred to the I Additional District Court, Ernakulam.
