In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the petitioner who is one of the accused in 152 cases registered as various crimes before the Neeleswaram Police seeks a direction to the J.F.C.M, Hosdurg to release the petitioner on bail on his executing a self bond in all the crimes or on the very same sureties who stood as sureties the 20 other crimes registered against the petitioner for an offence punishable under Section 420 IPC.

According to the petitioner, he was only a clerk in the Chitty Company run by V.Balachandran and C.V.Krishnan and he was entrusted with the duty of receiving cash on behalf of the said persons and he had no control over the day to day affairs of the company. The 152 crimes in respect of which release is claimed in this petition are the following:-

Heard both sides. I see no reason why the alternate prayer of the petitioner should not be granted. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to surrender before the J.F.C.M-II, Hosdurg and file applications for bail in the above crimes within two weeks from today. In case the petitioner complies with the above condition, his applications shall be disposed of preferably on same date on which the petition is filed permitting the petitioner to be released on bail on the very same sureties who stood as such in the 20 other crimes registered against him.
