JUDGMENT
Learned senior Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that pursuant to Annexure-A1 judgment, an order has been passed by the Director of Panchayath on 11.1.2008, rejecting the claim of the petitioner. Copy of the said order has been served on the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well. In view of the above, Contempt of Court Case proceedings are dropped. I make it clear that this will not stand in the way of the petitioner taking appropriate steps in relation to the order dated 11.1.2008.
