Judgment
The petitioner has submitted Ext.P1 application for regular permit on the route Madathara-Varkala Railway Station. Praying for early disposal of that application, this Writ Petition is filed. The learned Government Pleader upon instruction, submitted that the said application is received and pending. The Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P1 in accordance with law within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Judgment.
