The petitioner has been granted a regular permit on the route AluvaKottayam as LSOS by Ext.P1 decision of the RTA, Ernakulam dated 16.05.2006. Alleging that the permit is not, so far issued, this Writ Petition is filed. There was some doubt whether the petitioner has produced the current records in time. Now, the respondent submits, the petitioner has produced the current records within the extended time granted by the RTA. In view of the said position, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent to issue the permit granted as per Ext.P1 after settling the time schedule as expeditiously possible, at any rate, within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Judgment.
