The petitioner is operating a stage carriage on the strength of a regular permit on the route Attingal-Oyur in accordance with the time schedule contained in Ext.P1. She wanted a variation of that time schedule. So, she filed Ext.P2 application on 03.01.2005. It was followed by Ext.P3 reminder dated 22.12.2006. Praying for early disposal of Ext.P2, this Writ Petition is filed. The learned Government Pleader upon instruction, submitted that the said representation is received and pending. Apprehending objection from other operators, the same was not considered, it is submitted. The Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P2 in accordance with law within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Judgment after affording an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner and other affected operators.
