Rs.5,01,598/- for the periods 1998-99 and 1999-2000 towards penalty. The petitioner has
preferred revision petitions, Exts.P8 and P9
only during November, 2006. As such no
direction can be given to dispose of the matter expeditiously, as they are the recently filed revision petitions. No stay application is filed.
