JUDGMENT
The challenge made in this writ petition is against Ext.P5 order passed by the State
Transport Appellate Authority in a revision petition filed by the passengers' association. The revisional authority allowed the revision petition and remanded the matter for reconsideration giving an opportunity of being heard to the passengers association also. As such it has not adversely affected the right of the petitioner. The petitioner will also be heard before final orders are passed. In the circumstances, no grounds are made out. Status quo as on today will continue.
Writ Petition is dismissed.
