J U D G M E N T

Revenue recovery action has been initiated against the petitioner and demand notice prior to attachment has been served by Ext.P3 for realization of the amount due and payable to the first respondent. The contention of the petitioner is that he has filed an application Ext.P4 before the first respondent seeking the benefit of one time settlement and the same is pending consideration.

Learned standing counsel submits that the first respondent has not received Ext.P4 so far. However, a copy of the writ petition was served on the counsel. If at least by this time, Ext.P4 is received by the first respondent, the same shall be considered and disposed of in accordance with law. Till then, there will be a stay of further action pursuant to the notice issued under the Revenue Recovery Act on condition that petitioner shall pay an amount of Rs. 1,50,000/- (One lakh, fifty thousand) within a
