Siraj Karoly counsel for the Panchayath agrees with Mr. Santhosh Mathew that on 16-3-2007 the permission which had been granted by the Panchayath to the 2nd respondent Mobile company had not been withdrawn. The above submission is recorded. In view of the Judgment in W.P.(C) No.10177/2007 and the submission of Mr. Siraj Karoly that orders are being passed today by the Panchayath, this review petition is disposed of without further orders.
