The original petition itself was dismissed as infructuous on 28/06/2005 at the request of learned counsel for the petitioner. Even though, a review petition is filed, against the interim order, on 01/04/2005, he did not mention anything about filing of the review petition when original petition was dismissed. There is no appearance for the review petitioner today. In the circumstances, this review petition is dismissed.
