O R D E R
There is no scope for interference with the judgment in review petition because petitioner's liability is around Rs. 1.20 lakhs is the observation in the judgment. Learned Government Pleader submitted that besides arrears of sales tax, other liabilities are due from the petitioner to Government. In the circumstances, petitioner is liable to pay the entire arrears, failing which sale will stand confirmed. However, petitioner is entitled to settle the liability in instalments in terms of judgment. The details of arrears will be furnished by the Tahsildar. However, delay in payment of 1st instalment within the time granted in the judgment is condoned. Petitioner can enjoy instalment facility for clearing the actual arrears in terms of statement given by the 1st respondent.
This review petition is disposed of as above.
